A punchy, tropical drink for the rum lovers, this Mai Tai turns all the flavors up a notch.
INGREDIENTS
30 ml MAY & CO. Almond Orgeat Syrup
45 ml Dark Rum
15 ml Orange Liqueur
15 ml MAY & CO. Lemon Juice (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain over crushed ice in a lowball glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
