HIBISCUS ROSE SOUR
A variation on the classic sour, the Hibiscus Rose Sour is ideal for warm afternoons and balmy evenings.
INGREDIENTS
30 ml MAY & CO. Hibiscus Rose Syrup
60 ml Gin
15 ml MAY & CO. Lemon Juice (to taste)
Dash of Aromatic Bitters (Optional)
Egg white (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
