OUR STORY ⟶Premixes are quite literally- pre mixed and typically make one kind of cocktail whereas a cocktail syrup gives you the flexibility to experiment with hundreds of cocktails, as well as adjust how sweet or sour you want them to be according to your palate.
Shrubs are syrups with an addition of vinegar (apple cider vinegar in our case). They’re great for cocktails and even if you wish to consume them with soda/water.
The range depends on your taste for sweet, sour and other flavours.
MAY & CO. syrups & shrubs have a shelf life of 6 months. Almond Orgeat & Lemon Juice have a shelf life of 3 months. We recommend you refrigerate them & consume the products within 30 days after opening.
