
CESAR’S RUM PUNCH
Cesar’s Rum Punch is a fruit-laden, refreshing Haitian cocktail from the 1930s.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml Dark Rum
15 ml MAY & CO. Demerara Gum Syrup
15 ml MAY & CO. Grenadine
30 ml MAY & CO. Lemon Juice (to taste)
3 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled highball glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with mint spring and cherry.
