COFFEE JULEP
Coffee liqueur and demerara give this Classic Julep a jolt of rich flavor!
INGREDIENTS
45 ml Bourbon
15 ml Coffee Liqueur
10 ml MAY & CO. Demerara Gum Syrup
Add mint and demerara gum syrup to a julep cup. Fill with crushed ice and add bourbon and coffee liqueur. Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice. Smack a mint sprig between your hands to express its oils, and then garnish.
