Demerara Sugar, Water, Gum Arabic, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate

How to use?

  • For an Old Fashioned: Add 10–15 ml Demerara Gum Syrup, 60 ml whiskey and 2–3 dashes of bitters to a mixing glass
  • Add ice and stir until chilled and properly diluted
  • For a Whiskey Sour: Add 15 ml Demerara Gum Syrup, 60 ml whiskey and 20–25 ml fresh lemon juice to a shaker
  • Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled glass
  • Garnish with an orange peel for an Old Fashioned or a lemon twist for a Whiskey Sour
