30ml MAY & CO. Demerara Gum Syrup
30ml Lemon juice (to taste)
2 Dashes of aromatic bitters
Egg white (optional)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange peel and cherry.
